Amanda’s passion is in helping people to develop an authentic values-led leadership style and create a rewarding and productive work environment. She brings to this expertise and extensive experience in strategy, people development and organisational development. Amanda’s approach is highly practical, challenging perspectives and building focused solutions, she is capable of working at all levels of the organisation up to top management and in a range of contexts.
Amanda has considerable experience of working with and in other national cultures. In her consultancy work she has supported clients in creating, establishing and improving customer-focused organisations. Amanda is now focusing on Leadership Development and Executive Coaching, working with middle and senior managers to build their capability to lead and transform the organisation.
Amanda has worked in both private and not-for-profit organisations, including financial services, telecommunications, IT, healthcare, leisure, energy, retail, housing, police and public sector.
